This policy explains what ArmaMind (“we”, “us”) collects when you use our website and app, and how we handle it. We keep it deliberately simple.

The short version: your training video is processed on your own device and is never uploaded to us. The only personal data we collect through this website is the email address you choose to give us.

1. Information we collect

Email address — only if you submit it via our “Notify me” early-access form. Form submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree) and delivered to us by email.
Basic usage analytics — if enabled, we may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g. page views, whether the demo was launched) to improve the product. This does not identify you personally.

2. Camera & video

ArmaMind’s coaching works by analysing your movement through your device’s camera. This processing happens on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your raw video. Any coaching data derived from it stays on your device unless you explicitly opt in to share anonymised data points with us in a future version of the app.

3. How we use your information

To let you know when early access opens and to send product updates you asked for.
To understand, in aggregate, how the site and demo are used so we can improve them.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it except with the service providers needed to operate the site (e.g. our form provider and hosting), who process it on our behalf.

4. Cookies & tracking

The core site does not require advertising cookies. If we enable analytics, it may set limited cookies or use privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your choices & rights

You can ask us to access or delete the email address we hold for you at any time. Every update email also includes an unsubscribe option. To make a request, email us (below).

6. Data retention

We keep your email only as long as needed to send you the updates you requested, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We’ll change the date at the top when we do.
